Militzer & Münch restructures organization in Germany

St. Gallen, 1 March 2016. Militzer & Münch has colligated its three German companies under one management. Affected are the two operative units M&M Militzer & Münch GmbH with the focus on road transports and M&M air sea cargo GmbH, as well as M&M Militzer & Münch Deutsche Holding GmbH.

“One of the firm goals of Militzer & Münch is to further develop our services in the Road, Sea and Air segments and thus our presence in Germany”, says Dr. Lothar Thoma, CEO M&M Militzer & Münch International Holding AG. “In order to support our growth strategy and to enhance the cooperation of the units in Germany among each other as well as within the Militzer & Münch Group worldwide, we have decided on instituting one joint management.” Dr. Lothar Thoma and Klaus Jäger are the Managing Directors of M&M Militzer & Münch GmbH an M&M air sea cargo GmbH.

Militzer & Münch has also united the sales organizations of both units. “We are highly satisfied with the corporate development and the operating result in Germany”, Dr. Lothar Thoma explains. “A superordinate sales organization offers us the chance to develop the business segments even more efficiently.”
